Goood Morning America!!! I always wondered what it would be like to have your own talk show! Wouldn't that be cool!? Not sure what I would talk about or accomplish, but I would LOVE being able to film whenever I wanted and NOT have to wake up early or be to work "on time". I hate that! If there is one thing that I would like to do with my life, it would be to own my own business (not just because that's what my heart is after) so I can do my own thing and be more laid back!
I have been so busy lately! I don't think I have blogged in a week! I have thought about it many times and just haven't had the time or wasn't in the right state of mind to write. But it's a blog, right? It's all about being random and writing whatever is on your mind!
So last night, I had a really relaxing night! I got off work and went to the store, dropped off a movie I had rented ("Let Me In"). Umm, dumb movie by the way. I really like scary/horror movies, but I was not in the least impressed with this one. Some one had told me it was supposed to be really scary, fail! Then on to home to let Wynsten out, work out and then begin to make this new Tofu Recipe I found!
This was a new thing for me! Luckily I'm smart enough to figure out where you would find Tofu in a store so I didn't have to ask! I have never bought it or cooked it at home. And actually I have only had it maybe 2 or 3 times ever. I remember the first time I tried it, I almost gagged. I think there was one other time, but I can't remember it. The last time I remember, because it was at my current job. I work with a lot of Asians. We go out to eat a lot together. We trade off going to an American restaurant and then an Asian one. So it was Asian day, ha, so we went to this small little nook in the wall right off campus. It was really good! I got a seafood type soup. I ate all of it, it was so good. After I finished, I was told I had eaten Tofu! Haha! Well glad to know that my taste buds changed and I like it!
So I found this recipe on Hungry Girl called "Oodle of Noddles" (cheesecake factory swap) (click here for recipe) It was a hit! I really like Tofu! It was really easy to make and really healthy! You don't have that heavy gloomy feeling after eating. That's a big deal to me. I hate that feeling and will avoid eating to avoid that feeling afterwards at times. But anyways, it was great! Anyone that likes Tofu should try it! Heck, even if you don't like it or aren't sure, you should try it! You never know, you may love it, like me!
After I got done with that yummy food, I showered and took my dog outside to run around for awhile. We both needed it! It was FREEZING!!!! I think my eye balls froze a little because it was so cold out! I wish I could have taken a picture of Wynsten! Hahaa, when it gets really cold out he will walk with one foot in the air because it's too cold on his feet. It's funny! Poor Baby!!
I watched "Life as we Know It" with Katherine Heigl & Josh Duhamel. It was a cute movie. It's hard after watching "No Strings Attached" (Natalie Portman & Ashton Kutcher) to really say it was awesome. "No Strings Attached" was just a great movie! I really really liked it! Not to mention my infatuation with Ashton! He's such a good actor and he has a charm about him that makes him perfect for his role in this movie. I really have a new love for Natalie Portman after this movie as well. It's a must see!
